As Co-host of the Mindful Business Renegades Podcast, Leneé champions the convergence of mindfulness and business. Leneé has a bachelor’s degree in Dance, a master’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sport Psychology, and is simultaneously completing her Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine and M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Leneé is the Founder of Holistic Performance Center, LLC, serves on the Board of Directors for the International Association for Worksite Health Promotion. She is also a member of the International Association for Dance Medicine & Science, the Society for Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis, and the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. Leneé is licensed by the Professional Wellness Alliance, an RYT 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, a Certified Clinical Hypnosis Practitioner, and a NASM® Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist. Her client roster includes aging populations, actors, athletes, artists, corporations, dancers, musicians, sports teams, and those with special limitations. In 1996, Leneé made history as the youngest and first African American captain for the Inaugural NFL Carolina Panthers Cheerleader Squad. She has been featured on CBS Evening News with Norah O’Donnell and as a guest on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN).
