#ManKaaKura is a safe space where psychologists and mental health experts will be addressing the challenges and opportunities around psychology and mental health, specifically in Nepal.
#ManKaaKura is a collaboration between Psychbigyan Network Nepal, an NGO working to promote mental health (www.psychbigyaan.com) and Mankaa Kura, an online mental health service provider (www.mankaakura.com).
Through our weekly discussions, we aim to normalize the talk of mental health, highlight the journey and stories of psychologists, and help cope with social problems.
