Bitcoin_as_a_Platform? Forking and completing BitClout so that anyone can launch it with a SmartDAO. SmartDAO are Ai managed /maintained DAO that hold 100% of the bitcoin and return a daily ubi in the native token the same way Nexo and BlockFi do. Everyone (organizations, schools, coops, stores, etc) will be able to fork and launch their own bitclout environment with their own native token. All SmartDAO interact accepting each other native tokens forming a beneficial keiretsu.
