‘iam’ = emotional education

In a nutshell: This is a support and learning group of self-awareness and self-growth 🙌

Once a week we talk about a certain topic whether it be mental health, double standards, past trauma, family relations, friendships, stereotypes, and many more.

Things that we should be upfront about that isn’t spoken of commonly in conservative communities and society as a whole.

We may laugh, we may cry- it’s 100% human here.

Be Kind & Patient: • Everyone has a voice to be heard and listened. If something goes off, I will take care of it :) If you don’t like it, don’t have the audacity to shut the speaker down. You may quietly leave.
We’re all straightforward here: • Nothing fake, nothing shortened. If you don’t feel comfortable hearing the truth or sharing your side of the story, that’s totally fine :)
No drama, No bullshit: • ‘iam’ doesn’t tolerate bullying, gossiping, or complaining about certain situations/people. We’re not here to fight, argue, and behave immaturely. This is a room of acceptance and respect ❤️
