If you are a business owner, a freelancer, a solopreneur or even an executive who shares the same goals as us, We would love to have you in our tribe.

In this club, you will learn:

The latest tools experts use in creating websites and landing pages.
We will go deep on the Psychological Triggers that make people buy. You will know more about cognitive biases like the Confirmation and anchoring bias, Von Restorff and Zeigarnik Effect, to name a few.
We will discuss how to write a great sales copy and understand why this is important to your lead generation efforts.

We will define terms like CAC, LTV, ROAS and more.
We will talk about the different Logistics and Payment platforms.
We will talk about Personalization and the 3 Tenets of Customer Experience.

Hi I’m Jovel Cipriano. Im an entrepreneur and an E-commerce strategist.
On this club, I will be sharing with you my over 25 years of industry experience in IT, Sales & Marketing, Branding and Entrepreneurship.
We will tackle topics on E-commerce, Social Media, Digital marketing, AI and more every single week.

My Story:

In 2006, I represented the Philippines in a competition organized by APEC entitled The Best Practices in E-commerce. I created a framework called “The Four Pillars of E-commerce”, namely Domain, Marketing, Logistics, and Payment. That was my entry. Over time, the marketing landscape and consumer behavior have changed drastically. So I revised and improved the Framework and added Customer Experience and Trust. Let’s just call this The Four Pillars of E-commerce 2.0 for now.

With the recent crisis everyone is going through, we need learn to course correct, embrace change, pivot whenever necessarily. We need to help each other, so we all stay in the game. This year 2021, I will be sharing with you my over 25 years of industry experience in IT, Sales & Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. I’ll impart with you the wisdom I learned over years. The topics on this club will revolve mostly around these four pillars. I will dissect each and every pillar into chewable nuggets of ideas to help you model a structure designed for your business.
