Founded by Oyewusi Philemon Olawuyi, co-founded by Jonathan Makama and managed by Dashe Sonia Kyenmi, it emphasizes quality by providing a space that connects seasoned broadcast practitioners with these emerging enthusiasts.

The startup is preconceived such that it has all the state of the art gadgets and expertise to offer consultancy services, workspace for independent organizations and individuals to occupy for a paid period to develop their contents, training sessions, virtual or physical meetings and also broadcast via web and social space at close-knit intervals and also to ensure its handles are never without content, and visibility for professional services across board as relates both traditional, new and alternative media. It is a creative hub that is designed to also function as a school that will admit both interns on industrial training, and individuals interested in upscaling their already acquired ability in the sector.

The organization is also an emerging stakeholder in humanitarian, peacebuilding and interfaith activities, using virtual and new media for effective service delivery, understanding social media analytics, tech as a basic component of the new media, and a host of other initiatives that are contained in the organization’s profile
