Welcome to the Trauma Hackers club! 🥳 This club is a safe space for men/women trauma survivors. We place high value on mental health awareness so that every trauma survivor can have a better understanding on how to increase their quality of life. This club is a place where trauma survivors can come network and share their stories and struggles while also helping others by sharing their “hacks” or secrets that has helped them along their own journey.

After surviving a very traumatic childhood which included my father murdering my mother and growing up in foster care, I joined the military straight out of high school. After 10 years of active duty and 2 combat deployments I was diagnosed with PTSD and MDD. I know and understand the struggles of regular life but I’ve always challenged myself to be better and do better in all aspects of my life.
