Drawing on various skill sets and backgrounds such as years of clinical experience in counselling, rujula and relationship coaching, gestalt psychology, somatic and trauma work, personal training and nutrition coaching, martial arts, philosophy, law, entrepreneurship, marketing, podcasting, family life and the pursuit of Ilm, we have come together to develop an accountable space for men's work.
We explore theory and practices built upon evidence from:
- the Quran,
- Ahadith,
- moral guidance (akhlaq),
- law (fiqh),
- the intellect,
- empirical data, and
- various praxeologies
to enable Muslim men to navigate their lives and relationships in a modern context, while embodying manhood.
