From the Founder: My mission is to provide a space for guided round table discussions targeting all that entails being a black woman in today’s society. Among the discussion topics will be the topics of Coming of Age, Traumas, Culture and life experiences related in some way to being a black woman. This will be a space, even a kinship, where we share and heal as a collective 🤍 Please follow the moderators to have your club request approved, in the meantime give us a follow 🥰
Respect.: Everyone is to be respected, mutually validated and if necessary politely corrected. Zero tolerance for rudeness. Please also raise hands while others are talking if you have something to share.
Honesty: Be honest within group and be honest with yourself. This is mutually beneficial as it allows us to help those who are currently working on helping themselves and it starts with being honest.
Acceptance: This is a non judgemental space so that all may feel welcome joining but this is also a space where earnest criticism is allowed, when necessary.
