Do you prefer a smaller, intimate room? Me too! If I can see everyone in the room (withOUT having to scroll down), I tend to feel more inclined to speak candidly and be vulnerable. Most of the Magical Moments I have experienced on Clubhouse have occurred in these “Tiny Rooms”. Don’t get me wrong, I have learned SO much from the comfort of the audience in huge rooms, where the stage is filled with thoughtful minds waxing poetic on esoteric topics. Buuuuuut, sometimes.... I want to Join a Small Group and Share. Is this you: After perusing the hallway for a few minutes.. if there isn’t a room (or speaker) that REALLY Draws me in, I open up my own room.. sometimes With a title, sometimes without, and just see where the conversation goes.. If that describes you, then this club was created for YOU!
Never Moderate Alone: Remember the Buddy System..?
Respect is a MUST: Rooms are meant to be small and intimate. Candid thoughts and ideas that are shared many rub others the wrong way. Seek first to understand and THEN be understood. “Never assume Malice...”
Speaking is Encouraged: Listening (from the audience) without introducing yourself, MAY make SOME participants hesitant to share. Please keep this in mind when joining a room 😃
