BWIF is a community for black women working in the financial industry. It can be difficult finding other women like us, that is why we set up Black Women in Finance (BWIF) - a community of black females working in the financial industry. Whether you're just starting out your career or have been in the game for a few years, we are dedicated to not only connecting talented women, but supporting them personally and professionally as well. Beyond this, we also serve as a platform for black women aspiring to do what we do. ​Not only do we hope to widen black women’s access to this competitive industry, we will also support them as they build successful long-term careers.
