SPARK: Saving Promises💓 and Reinforcing Knowledge 💡

The charity takes a holistic approach to rehabilitate and transform lives affected by trauma from sexual/emotional abuse, specifically focused on elevating careers and entrepreneurial minds 🧠

Do you feel as though life’s been stagnant? Are you finding it difficult to integrate and progress to the next stage in your life. Have you neglected dealing with the trauma you’ve faced?

Healing is crucial to success and we work on providing facilities and services that assist in rehabilitation. We aim to empower, educate and sponsor women through regular meet-ups and seminars, socials and self-care activities, mentoring services and access to therapy🍃🌷

We use this platform as a safe space for women to:
- network and build bonds with each other 👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏿
- discuss what the community needs 🗣
- keep the community informed of our next steps, including competitions and sponsorship opportunities etc. 👣
- discuss relevant topics (sometimes just chilled rooms to discuss whatever)
