Meditation has a way of unearthing things that are challenging. In lieu of trying to “fix” anything that comes up in your practice. Can you ease into the idea that discomfort is ok?
There is no right way
The misnomer that meditation will make you zen is just that. Meditation is means for you exist as you are in any given moment and to help you cultivate that awareness.
