The 4TH Tribe Global Movement is the coming together of emerging Nigerian Leaders of Thoughts who believe in the basic principles of an egalitarian society. These include the following:
1. Meritocracy: If you are the best... You get the job!
2. Legality: Following the Rule of Law.
3. Equity: No Nigerian is not equal than the other Nigerian. We are all Nigerians.
4. Justice: A Nigerian where Justice is served speedily to all and sundry putting a strong check to oppressive people.
5. Fairness: A Nigeria that is truly meant for all.
