Books of Babylon on Clubhouse

Description

Books of Babylon is a book club for Black women to help provide a sense of support and sisterhood on the sometimes lonely journey of sovereignty.

In this club we will read one new book each month on money mindset, feminism, self-esteem, psychology, female spirituality, strategy, etc. In these rooms we will commune each week to discuss and chat about our book of choice and how the themes and information applies to our own journey. We’re here to exchange ideas, have civil discussions, and discover new ways of being as Black women.

Mental expansion of the Black woman’s mind is a key element to our freedom, as our minds are the only place where we are truly free...
Black Women only.: This is a space for Black females only. We will be discussing sensitive topics sometimes and it needs to be a SAFE and private space. I will be confirming identities when rooms are started. 🌞
Constructive conversations only!: This is a solution-based space where we aim our best to come to a conclusion to whatever issue is bothering or ailing us, not to incessantly complain with no intent to fix it.
BE RESPECTFUL!: We all have a common goal in mind so this is not a space to argue and be shady. We will agree to disagree and leave it at that because we are grown women.
