📗家居運動HIIT半個鐘
HIIT又名高強度間歇訓練,是結合了高強度訓練及間歇訓練而成的運動類型。簡單來說,即是在極短時間內,身體以最強的力量和速度進行訓練,
HIIT的終極目標都是於短時間內提高和降低心跳率,從而達到燃脂效果。有不少科學研究都證明HIIT不遜於傳統的帶氧運動(如跑步),是忙碌的香港人最佳鍛練方式。
