International Imposter Syndrome Awareness Day is coming in 2021.
Imposter syndrome is a psychological phenomenon where people are unable to internalize their accomplishments and have persistent self-doubt, despite external evidence of their competence. It affects up to 70% of the population at some point in life, but it’s rarely talked about or understood.
We want to change that by launching an awareness day on Tuesday 13 April 2021. We will be hosting free online events, live streaming on social media, publishing an IS white paper report and encouraging storytelling from those who have been affected by imposter syndrome using #IISAD2021 .
We would love you to join us in raising awareness and helping people who are suffering.
