SWANA House stands for Southwest Asia & North Afrika House. We are a collective of people dedicated to uplifting our SWANA communities on Clubhouse by hosting discussions that will tackle important issues including but not limited to mental health, anti-Blackness, leftist politics, spirituality, healing, cultural traditions, queerness, non-binary gender expression, genocide recognition, personal growth, community building and much more. This house is open to all BIPOC.

VALUES AND PRINCIPLES:
We are pro-Black, pro-Palestine, pro-Trans, pro-Queer, pro-Sex workers, and pro-Self determination of all indigenous people transnationally including the ones whose lands we’re occupying in the west. We are in solidarity with indigenous and marginalized populations of our region as they face displacement, western imperialism and state repression. These communities include but are not limited to the Imazighen including Sahrawis, Nubians, Armenians, Kurds, Assyrians, Yazidis, Copts, Samaritans, Marsh Arabs, Black SWANA, Mizrahim, Baha’is, Hindu and Sikh Afghans and many more.
BIPOC Only Membership : SWANA House is a space that centers the voices of Southwest Asians and Afrikans (including North Afrikans) but that is open to all BIPOC. If you are not BIPOC, please follow but don’t join as a member
This is a leftist club : We are pro-Black, pro-Palestine, pro-Trans, pro-Queer, pro-Sex Workers, pro-Indigenous people. We politically identify in various ways including as Anarchists, Marxists, Socialists, Radicals etc.
