UNITED Suvadive Republic was an independent country in the Indian ocean at the south of equator about 800 kilometers off the coast of Indian subcontinent. In 1956 this independent country was annexed by the imperial Maldives with help from foreign powers. Today people of former Suvdive Republic lives under the colonial rule of a country called greater Male state. Our aim is to work and bring full politcal and economic freedom to the people of former Suvadive State. Over 50 years of political propaganda and economic enslavement by the Male state have erased culture and history of Suvadivans hower the legecy of Suvadive state remains unhindered and intact in the hearts and minds of the freedom loving suvdive people.
