Description

Open for all who need a safe space to discuss obstacles that have blocked forward movement. Forward movement in career, society in any space. Climbing the crooked ladder and maneuvering societal constructs as a minority has been my biggest pain point. I want everyone to share and help each other find solutions to their issues and build each other up.
