Description
Conversations, stories, reflections, questions, issues around mental health, psychosocial support, resilience, void, empathy, self-care, art in healing, emotional wellbeing, emotional intelligence and so on; especially in the Kashmir context and broadly in South Asian context. This is not therapy or one-on-one consultation. This is more from the perspective of awareness, destigmatization and sharing of resources. Zuun-e-Daeb under the International Center for Peace-psychology, is a part of my ongoing peace-psychology work on ground in Kashmir, other parts of South Asia and world, for a decade.
