Open to everyone: Lots of people are just trying to get into tech and have varying levels of knowledge. We must create a welcoming environment and make it ok to ask any question or ask for help. Treat everyone equally.
Collaboration is key: While most of the world focuses on creating competition and challenges to create a clear winner, we want to create multi dimensional winning solutions. 10 companies that all win together is better.
Give before receiving: We should all focus on helping others without any expectation of getting anything in return. Things will inevitably come back around, but you should never expect a repayment of a favour.
