Description

The Supreme Court of Eritrea is the highest court in Eritrea’s cyber space. The mission of the court is to protect rights and liberties, uphold and interpret the law, and provide for the peaceful resolution of disputes. The court has jurisdiction over all Eritrean disputes that took place inside Eritrea as well as the cyberspace namely facebook, twitter, Instagram, TikTok ...etc. We accept cases of national matter.

The goal of this court is to help improve critical and analytical thinking, understanding of the legal system, current situation and human right abuse in Eritrea amongs Eritrean youth by holding fun and entertaining mock trials.
