Planting 🌱 & Watering 💧 our Seeds! 🌻Providing a space for people to come in and discuss their personal journey of self-discovery, self-love, self-care and more in a safe place with others on similar journeys. To share the ups and downs because we know it’s not a pretty process with ugly days here & there leading to a beautiful outcome. Helping & encouraging one another along the way by allowing everyone in our community a chance to practice these changes through monthly planting & watering of those positive life transforming seeds and how to do so on the day to day basis. Learning to change the way we speak and think about ourselves, our experiences and others. As our words and thoughts have the power to manifest themselves into reality.
