Indian Baksa is a platform and online community that celebrates Indian- ness globally by taking control of the narrative of what it means to be Indian. The idea isn’t to glorify a nation and its people without acknowledging its flaws but rather to celebrate the goodness of the culture, our roots while envisioning a future that we (as modern desi) want to create for it.

Representation of modern India, Indians globally and in media etc currently is either highly polarizing or stereotyped. And we see an increasing trend of commercialization of a culture by folks who don’t even identify as Indians or south Asians.

Indian Baksa hopes to reclaim that narrative and create a fun platform, where we celebrate all things Indian as modern Desi through stories, conversations, products, art and more!
