Africa and Mental Health on Clubhouse
Description
The function of this club is to increase the education of mental health and it's importance to Africans and African diaspora. Explore some of our cultural customs which have significantly played a role in reducing psychological problems and trauma within the community. As well as provide avenue for people to express their current struggles and gain support. This is a safe space for all. It's goal is for education and growth.
