Gabi’s Art Club on Clubhouse

Welcome to the art club!  I’ve had this group in mind for over a decade and created it (on Facebook) for the friends and family members who have expressed interest in getting together every once in a while to make artwork.  We have mentioned knitting, sewing, making jewelry, sculpture, cookies, and more.  Just chilling is also allowed.  During the pandemic, this becomes a good alternative for being together to create and chat.  This digital form makes it possible for these reunions to be international!  This is a safe space to talk about any subject, always respecting each other; speaking the common language (we only speak the language everyone in the room understands), we don’t discriminate, including ableism.  We welcome everyone!  We encourage everyone to try new things or to master their preferred media!  We do show-and-tells!  We do constructive criticism!  We network!  We would like to host a themed weekly space, and are open to suggestions for both topics and schedules!  Thank you for being here ♥️ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~SAP~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Bienvenidos al art club!  La idea de este grupo viene desde hace más de una década y lo creé (en Facebook) para las amigas y familiares que han expresado un interés en juntarnos de vez en cuanto para hacer arte.  Hemos hablado de tejer, coser, hacer bisutería, escultura, galletas, entre otras cosas.  También se puede sólo llegar a parquear.  En tiempos de pandemia, esta es una buena alternativa para estar juntos periódicamente para crear y echar cuentos.  Este elemento digital permite que las reuniones sean internacionales!  Este es un espacio seguro para hablar de cualquier tema, siempre con respeto hacia los demás; hablando el idioma común (no hablamos en español si hay alguien que no entiende el idioma), sin ningún tipo de discriminación, incluyendo el “capacitismo”.  Todos son bienvenidos!  Motivamos a todo el mundo para que pruebe nuevas cosas o sobresalir dentro de su medio preferido!  Mostramos nuestro trabajo!  Hacemos crítica constructiva!  Hacemos networking!  Nos gustaría abrir espacios semanales temáticos, se aceptan sugerencias de temas y horarios!  Gracias por estar aquí ♥️
