There are enough rooms to discuss philosophical ideas. At some point we need to create the stories & target issues that matter to the American voter. To quote a Democrat, “It’s the economy stupid.”
If you want to quote Aristotle this is not the room for you: It’s not that we can’t. It just isn’t what this room is focused on. Keep it current, modern thinkers, policy proposals etc.
Mostly free speech zone: We love a good debate. You can be tough & courteous. Refrain from personal attacks. Ideas, not people should be criticized. This is not verbal Twitter.
No Recording: People should be able to work out their ideas & refine them in the course of a good faith discussion. If you are a journalist or podcaster, request an interview.
