This group is here to support neurodivergent people (ADHD, ASD, etc.) with discussion, resources, and productivity hacks.
We host regular “20/10 Work Sprint” rooms where we all focus on our own work or project, etc., for 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes of play/chat/free time. This technique engages the neurodivergent brain into hyperdrive during 20 minutes of work with the reward of a 10 minute break at the end. “I can do anything for 20 minutes.” You do not have to identify as neurodivergent to join!
