Welcome to #ThreeOh, a club hosted by @_azryah for those who are approaching 30, have just turned 30 and the years beyond! Join the panel on MONDAY EVENINGS @ 20:00 as they share anecdotal experiences, discuss life and provide perspective on a particular topic.
Speak with @_azryah, @doctorbarbara and @doctoradora every 3rd Thursday of the month with a room dedicated to health and wellness.
