XYZ Conversations represents the coming together of three generations - “X”, “Y” & “Z”.

The purpose of the XYZ Conversations effort is to cultivate an informal, safe and open platform that transcends not just generations. We look forward to exchanging thoughts and perspectives, embracing diversity, learning and growIng together!

We aim to address issues of the day and practical challenges faced by anyone in their life and career. Diversity and respect are important to us and nobody gets to be wrong here.

Oh, yes, if you are not from the “X”, “Y” or “Z” generations but identify with our purpose, you are most welcomed too!
Keep an open mind. : There are plenty of different perspectives here.
Nobody gets to be wrong. : All opinions are welcomed.
