1. This club is formed to celebrate our beloved Prof. Safieddin (Ali) Safavi-Naeini's fruitful life and the profound impact he had on people around him and on the world.
 
2. This club is formed to bring unity to the members of the group despite their undeniable differences and promote free thinking and tolerance.
 
3. We, the members of this club, will share our ideas and thoughts in such diverse areas as science, technology, art, literature, personal development, management, philosophy, etc.

We, the members of this club, will not engage in or promote any specific political view or religious belief, as such topics are personal matters and are always controversial and can have negative impact on the unity of the group which is the founding principle behind the formation of this club.
 
5. We, the members of this club, will not engage in lengthy one on one arguments. Every member of the club is free to share her/his ideas and thoughts and can support the ideas by proper reasoning as needed, and then leaves it to the other members to have their opinions about her/his point of view.
 
6. The members of this club will rely on their judgements on what they share with others in this club, and everyone will put patience and tolerance ahead of confrontation.
