What is your story? In a noble profession like law where a lot of emphasis is placed on recommendations and referrals, despite our ethos now appears as though the first generation lawyer (FGL)is an endangered specie facing possible extinction. The rights of FGLs must be protected. In this club we have 4 classes; (1) a contented passenger (fulfilled employee)? (2) despondent passenger (a sad employee) (3) coat-ridding (playing office politics or eye service) (4) driver (running your own practice)? There is room for all. PLEASE FEEL FREE.
