๐ค๐๐ฃ ๐ช๐จ as we discuss ๐ง๐๐๐๐๐๐ก ways of healing ๐ฝ๐ก๐๐๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ญ individuals that include conversations centered on exploring ๐๐ช๐ก๐ฉ๐ช๐ง๐๐ก๐ก๐ฎ ๐ง๐๐ก๐๐ซ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ approaches (e.g., hip-hop therapy, storytelling, poetry), destigmatizing mental health, issues affecting our communities, building on each othersโ advocacy work, and self-care. Radical Healing is a ๐จ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐๐จ-๐๐๐จ๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ง๐ค๐๐๐ to healing โidentity-basedโ wounds that result from our group membership with an oppressed group in America. The focus is on building oneโs strengths vs. their weaknesses while using culturally relevant approaches in their healing.
