A safe and non-judgmental space to explore "taboo" topics together. Come with an open heart and mind, and let's normalize conversations, break barriers of beliefs and bridge understanding amongst a multitude of perspectives.
Topics covered so far: Sexuality, Body Image, Consent, Boundaries, Sexual Harassment, Toxic Relationships, Career Failures, Gender Bias with much more to come.

Confidentiality: What is shared in our sessions stays in our sessions. We only share stories which are own and speak from our own experiences. We acknowledge and respect that some stories are not ours to retell.
Gestalt Language Protocol: Moderators and speakers can share their own experiences but should refrain from giving advice or speak from a position of knowledge or authority. As this is not a therapy session but a sharing space.
