Almost everybody knows the aviation "Old Boys Club" and, being affected by the pandemic, more than 485 airline, aviation and technology industry women joined the newly founded “Ladies Beyond Flying” LinkedIn Group in 2020. Our Mission: The LBF mission is to unite and empower a global community of aviation and travel industry enthusiasts. We promote and encourage diversity and inclusion by celebrating the uniqueness of each member. Each of us makes a difference, together we make a change. Our DNA: - Our aim is to foster and celebrate a culture of diversity and inclusion in the aviation and travel industry globally. - Promote, empower and share knowledge to equip all smart, positive, upbeat and enthusiastic aviation and travel industry enthusiasts believing in cohesive coexistence. - Build a strong global network of diverse individuals coming together to share one’s unique thoughts, ideas and brainstorm collectively.
