Description
More in You is a Faith-based community that supports people in developing emotional resilience through encouragement, empowerment, and inspiration. Support groups, mentoring, courses, and coaching programs are available. More in You also offers training for life coaches, and mentors to provide high quality faith-based services.
Encourage with Respect: If you don’t have anything good to say, don’t say anything at all. Allow others to finish their thought before interjecting. Find something of value to say to encourage someone in the room
Empower with Love: Life coaches don’t give advice, but mentors do. Be careful not to give unsolicited advice. Ask permission before offering feedback to others.
Inspire with Integrity: Share your testimony or how you’ve been inspired. If someone inspires you while in the room, tell them! Don’t hold back any good thing. Give credit where credit is due.
