Virtual Group therapy for men to express forbidden things that men cry in the dark about. Men do feel. They are not robots. This is a no judgment zone. Be respectful of others journey. What is said in group, stays in group. Listen to others. Give others space to share. What you put into group is what you will get out of group. This space primarily highlights: current & past problematic stagnation in the male culture, men’s cognition, fears, coping behaviors, defense mechanisms, and ideologies.
