Radical Participation Encouraged : Expect big personalities, deep conversations, or a heated debate here and there. If you’re interested in joining a discussion, dive right in, or host. This is a great spot to practice the hard things.
Trolls And Politics Are Hard No’s: We decide what trolling is because we wrote these rules. Harassment isn’t tolerated. And given the work is unrelated, politics are a no. Tough discussions, candid feedback and reality is not banned
Cliches Are For Other Clubs: This club is for the meaningful gathering of people who are hiding from cliches and vanity metrics. If you get a little too righteous, someone will probably just tell you out loud. Be authentic.
