Eco-Leadership on Clubhouse

Description

This club focuses on edgy ideas, thinking critically and creatively about society, leadership, disruption, power and identity. We bring a psycho-social lens to make sense of our complex times, aiming to stimulate new thinking to awaken the tired ideas in the field of leadership and organisations.  Leaders, coaches, consultants, social activists, and all change agents are welcome to join us to discuss diverse and topical issues.

The club is part of The Eco-Leadership Institute, founded by Dr Simon Western - an organisation that offers leadership formation by partnering with others to deliver system change. Working with psychoanalytic, social, and systemic insights, Eco-Leadership shapes an ethical approach in our disruptive, networked age that demands change. Focusing on social purpose, connectivity and distributing leadership throughout organisations, Eco-Leadership offers new leadership for new times. Unlike most other leadership approaches, it addresses the entanglement of technology, society, and the environment, and its insights are now informing the work of banks, health systems, manufacturing, retail, global tech companies, and education settings, to name but a few.
