The SPAR is a training ring to practice & master the Transformative Art of Conflict; a place to practice deep listening, deep acceptance, & deep authenticity. At The SPAR we believe Disagreement is not only fundamental to growth, but actually allows for hyper-growth. This is not a debate society. The point here is not to bend each other's will into Agreement, but instead, to take advantage of the great opportunity of feeling challenged by someone's "no". Familiarize yourselves with the rules of engagement.
Would you rather be “right” or “helpful”...?: This is a space for us to discuss, unearth, & practice transformation through conflict & resistance. Laughter, ease & authenticity are welcomed. Cruelty is not.
The point is not to Agree: The point is to understand better what happens in your body when challenged by disagreement, open to deeper intimacy, & repairing broken trusts.
This conflict is asking you to Grow: Open to the possibility that your conflict whether inner or interpersonal, is an opportunity for hyper-growth.
