One of our mail goals is to close the equity and knowledge gap often experienced by Black-led nonprofit organizations and social enterprises.

Be a Nonprofit Startup Founder, Board Member, or Leader: We are building an intentional community of learners who are already leading a nonprofit startup. These are 501c3s that are less than 5 years old or have not passed a $250,000 budget.
Commit to Building Nonprofit Capacity: We provide information to help committed nonprofit startup leaders strengthen the capacity and impact of their organizations through industry, innovative, and traditional business practices.
Dedicate Time to Do The Work: Nonprofit leaders must lead beyond the purpose and passion mindsets. We ask members to dedicate the time necessary to build solid operations and execute mission driven solutions.
