Christ Centered Mental Heath. A room to explore, learn and heal. This room is NOT a replacement for therapy, deliverance sessions, or personal time with the Lord. This room is to come together and educate ourselves on the spiritual principles of counseling from a Christ-Centered approach to mental health and wellness. Evidenced-based, multicultural and practical application of mental health strategies in the field. This room is for dialogue and education.
