Undergrads, graduate students, postdocs and faculty, come one, come all! Welcome to a space for us to discuss our experiences, advice, and the future of the Black experience in higher ed.

This club specifically centers the PhD journey, but all levels of higher ed and areas of interest are welcome.

Here's a taste of the broad topics we'll cover in our weekly discussions:

-Inside the Academy: hidden curriculum, tokenism, milestones, isolation etc.
