Somatic Sovereignty was created by Haila Macedo and Alexandra Covucci because of our desire to bring together a community of powerful and courageous women who know they’re here to do everything differently.


How do we know? We feel it in our bodies. The strong pulls, subtle whispers.


What do we desire? Full transparency, human connection, grounded sisterhood.


Our favorite topics are shadow work, mother wound healing, body led businesses.


We also absolutely adore having fun, bringing out our inner children to play, creating voices for the internal personalities we experience while doing the work, and loads of laughter.


We know that every female entrepreneur has hidden some of the struggle experienced on this journey for fear of exclusion and we’re here to normalize it all through conversations.
