This is an action-oriented group.: You will be exchanging notes on your sleep, diet and exercise with your peer during a weekly 5 minute room chat which will be presided over by a mentor allocated to both of you.
This is not a support group.: This is not a group to share your previous experience with Bipolar or seek help for your current state. Please talk to a psychiatrist and consider their opinion over anything discussed in this group.
