I’m Michele Dye, creator of Dyenamic Career Goals and this group. My goal is to help women who feel stuck in their jobs, gain clarity and confidence so that they can position themselves for a promotion or a new career opportunity.

I’ve developed a system to help others position themselves for a promotion at work or their next great career opportunity. I teach my P.R.O.V.E.N. Method in a group coaching program, which helps my clients get unstuck at work and move ahead in their careers.

This group is loosely based on the principles I teach in my group coaching programs and online courses. A key aspect of building a successful career is networking and serving others.
