A proudly Manila-based, globally-inspired, queer-started, and hella inclusive club dedicated to discussing anything and everything about food from a distinctly Filipino perspective. Expect all sorts of tasty topics like recipe troubleshooting, the best places to get take-out in the city, the inherent politics of food, and food in pop culture, as well as fireside chats with Manila’s most promising cooks, food writers and more!
No hate speech: Anyone who says anything outwardly racist, homophobic, transphobic, or sexist will be booted out of the club, no questions asked. There is no space for that energy here.
Only food plugs allowed: We wanna keep the discussions in the club focused on food. While we’re all for highlighting all sorts of small local businesses, we’d like for food ventures to take the spotlight. Natch.
Don’t yuck any yums: This group is all about discovering the joys of food together, so please don’t diss anyone’s food preferences in any of our rooms. You can share dislikes but please: walang basagan ng trip.
