SelfCare Sunday is a space open for real conversations. The topics and conversation focus on self development, mental health toolbox building, emotional education, and community healing. Panels and speakers educate through tips, tricks, storytelling, and prevention education. We talk about real shit in a real way. šø : @self.care.sunday

The āVegasā rule : modified: We understand conversation leads to education and we want you to share what you learn. However, NO specific nouns and descriptions of othersā experiences should be used outside of the group.
The āOne Micā rule : Allow the conversation to flow, step up and step back as you feel called. Allow others to speak or finish points before stepping in. That courtesy will be returned.
