Description
As the threat of Supreme Court packing grows, only a Constitutional Amendment can permanently protect the independence of the Court. More than 200 Members of Congress now support the bipartisan “Keep Nine”Amendment which says “The Supreme Court of the United States shall be composed of nine Justices.” We are building a national network to urge Congress to propose this Amendment just as similar efforts persuaded Congress to propose Amendments for a woman’s right to vote and presidential term limits.
